Established in 2002, Ella is known for its fashion-forward yet affordable clothes that offer a style for any occasion. As a part of their expansion in the South Bay, our firm collaborated with Ella for their new location in San Jose. The tenant improvement renovated the existing space into one that can accommodate the new clothing retail.  Spatial planning was prioritized to ensure efficiency and organization for customer experience, creating new programs like changing rooms, display areas, and equipment room. Display furniture and lighting fixtures were purposefully placed at strategic locations to guide customers and emphasize the products.
