Beresford residence located in Redwood is an Addition project where the kitchen, office, master bedroom, and bathroom were added to the existing main unit. Interior and exterior finishes were upgraded for a clean look and multiple skylights were added on the new addition to bring in natural light. A new composite decking at the rear side of the house, next to the new master bedroom, was installed for outdoor access.
