LA BELLA RESIDENCE

The La Bella residence is an Addition and ADU project located in Sunnyvale. The living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom with a scope of 733 SF are added to the existing main house. We also proceeded in changing the use of existing rumpus rooms back in the house to a two-car garage to utilize the unused space to the owner's needs. A detached ADU of the scope of 713 SF in the backyard is also proposed.
